Tina was incredibly patient and professional from the very first apartment viewing. She guided me smoothly through the whole rental process. Whenever I needed help with move-in arrangements, lease signing or invoice preparation, she was always responsive and ready to assist. It has been such a pleasant experience working with her.

The whole rental experience was extremely smooth, from pre-arrival communication to check-in after I arrived. Tina was very thoughtful, sent me videos of the residential community and carefully explained how to pay all utilities and other fees in the apartment. Highly recommended!

We contacted Tina online at the beginning. From our‑very first meeting, I could tell how professional she was, which earned my full trust. She put in tremendous effort and thorough research to find me a suitable apartment. Throughout the whole process, Tina was patient, reliable and highly‑professional. Her after‑sales service is also excellent. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a rental property.
