Cici was a wonderful help, everything ran smoothly and efficiently and helped every process from finding aprtments through to documentation. Very nice person and would highly reccomend for any forigner looking for an apartment in Hangzhou!

Very helpful with all my questions and great service, I would definitely recommend!

Cici was very friendly and informative. She took initiative in helping me to set up a router, look for a gym, and suggesting to look at other units she felt I might be interested in. I was very happy with Cici as my agent and to meet her as a person. I’d recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone else seeking a unit.

She could not have been more helpful. She always responds to my questions in a timely manner. She showed me a diverse array of different apartments, and I was able to find new housing within several days of my previous lease expiring. Thank you Cici!

Cici is an excellent real estate agent — friendly, communicative, and always professional. She speaks very good English and truly understands her clients’ needs. In our case, she found us the perfect apartment in the exact area we wanted, with all the features we were looking for. Beyond the apartment search, she provided incredibly broad support with practical matters such as setting up internet, helping with residence registration, and connecting us with a cleaning service. We highly recommend Cici to everyone, especially foreigners looking for a smooth and stress-free experience. 5 stars!
